Worst, most atrocious Banking Services I have ever experienced! I have Banked with Wells Fargo recently for the first time from the Southeast to the Southwest. Post the employee skimming scandal and Wells Fargo firing 5,300 employees the Company acts Bipolar. They have burned my phone up after any transactions per surveys worrying the mess out of me with calls and voice mails. Then unbeknowst to me my account was locked down, I could not receive money nor take any out, I still do not know what caused that. Its very Passive-Aggressive behavior. I spent an hour at a Branch last week after which time I thought the matter was resolved yet I am still having problems. As I saw one Google Review say and I agree, run do not walk away from any Wells Fargo Branch. I have a Friend that got burned by them on a mortgage as well.

Wow closed due to rain every other business and bank in area is open for business would rate this branch -5 stars if I could run away from this branch if you have any other option or just burry you money in the back yard I'm sure it would be safer there worst branch in the history of banks!!!
I really wish that I could give negative stars on this review. I've never encountered such manipulative and deceiving people in my life. I'm in the process of closing my accounts as quickly as possible.
I've been banking with Wells Fargo for five years now. After reading these reviews, I'm not sure these people are aware or know where the Prattville branch is. I've had nothing but pleasant and helpful tellers every single time I go in. The one bad day/experience was after losing my debit card and license, they wouldn't allow me to withdraw money, even after producing alternate forms of ID. They let me use some standard of money, something like $50 to go get a new license. Unfortunately for me, it was late Friday. I was unable to access any funds until Monday. Recently however, this problem was addressed with the alternate pin for situations such as this.
