First time visit. The place was hopping the 2 hours I was there (a convenient place for a visit). Great service and coffee, of course!

Love the coffee, but êmployee há dễ nasty attitude

When I place an order and do not give you my name because you never get it right (it's GAINES, not James or Gates or Gene if I give you my first initial G), do not let my food and coffee sit at the counter. Here's a clue to the barista - when you see an order for here that has no name on it, either ask the cashier who the order is for so you can alert the customer, or let the cashier know that the 'no name' order is ready so the cashier can let the customer know that the order is ready. Yes I know that you are busy. Yes I know that you ask for names so you can personalize the order. But I don't like giving my name because I have to explain it to you three times on average each time I come in, or use an assumed name. So, when you see a no-name order come through, maybe that alerts you to take an extra step in ensuring that the customer has a good experience, and maybe deliver the order to the customer's table if you see that they are buried in books and a laptop and don't know that their order is ready. 5 minutes my order sat at the counter with no attempt to get my attention or to deliver my coffee and Danish. Sad. Is this a product of the generation that works at Starbucks? Are you so self absorbed that you cannot take an extra step beyond what's required of your typical service model? Here's a clue for the workers here - maybe take that extra step and include that thought process in your work ethic. You might just find a better paying job in the future.

I typically like this location and stop here often when I'm on work trips. I was incredibly disappointed with my order today. The barista taking my order suggested adding a flavor to my typical drink, and after expressing concerns that it might be too sweet, he assured me it was not overly sweet so I went with the suggestion. I also ordered soy instead of regular milk. However, I took one sip of the drink and couldn't handle how sweet it was. Also, I was given regular milk instead of soy. I think the barista might have been too focused on giving his suggestion becuse he forgot to change my milk preference. I usually appreciate suggestions, but today was not a good experience.

Also, it seemed like the door on the women's bathroom wouldn't properly lock.

The staff there are very adaptable to the amount of business that they acquire. It might take a minute to get your order but it's definitely worth the wait.
