On July 15 we bought and paid for 2 identical chest of drawers for our granddaughter to take to college. When we entered the store they waiting on a lady that had some stuff on hold. So we thought nothing about asking them to hold them until July 22 when our son-in-law returned from a mission trip and could pick them up.
Great place to shop. They appreciate your business.
The girl said sure they had no problem with that. But when they went to pick them up on July 22 they have been sold to someone else and were gone. We got our money back but that does not give us our chests that we were planning for. The girl that waited on us was surprised they were gone. We will not shop there again. They can't be trusted. I'd give them less than a one if I could.
Did not find the kind of item I was shopping for, but I did find an organized, clean store with GREAT deals. Will be back!
