Flowers I ordered for my mothers birthday looked nothing like what I ordered. Very unhappy with the arrangement. I expect a lot out of people and I know I can sometimes be a little picky, so I showed the picture of what I ordered and what they made to several co-workers and they all agreed it was bad. The arrangement I ordered was covered in flowers with little filler (greenery) and what they sent was just the opposite. I emailed the store and received a reply from someone that stated the owner was out, but she would show her my email the next day when she returned. Never did hear from the owner, after emailing again. I will never do business with this store again. Save your money and go else where.
Please be aware that it's best to call and confirm closing hours. They are listed as open until 5:30 but drove off once as I pulled up right at 5pm.
Still I will visit in the future despite this little inconvenience.

This wonderful lady helped our family so much. My grandmother passed away on a Friday afternoon (a year ago on this date) and when the funeral arrangements were being made all the flower shops in Prattville were closed. This caused much stress to an already stressful and sad time. I called this lady and asked to help (however she was already closed) and she opened her shop back up for my family. Because it was the weekend the flowers we had hoped for were out of stock. But she did give us many options and put together several amazing arrangements. The owner was very caring and considerate of our situation. I will forever be greatful for her actions.
