Been here before with decent experiences; hair cuts good for son. Usually we go because of the convenient location. Today when we got there 4 people appeared to be waiting with only a few ahead of us on the written list. Apparently there were more waiting we didn't know about because after an hour wait my son asked when he would be seen and the stylist said it would be about 30 more minutes. It's Terrible that no one told us when we arrived that there was a 1 1/2 hour wait! We had many more errands to run and couldn't wait any longer! I'm so disappointed by this place, we won't be back.
I recommend Catalena when going here! After having a horrible experience with my 3 year old at a different hair salon in Prattville, she was AMAZING! She was super sweet and caring as she GENTLY cut my sons hair. She did a SUPERB job on his hair and blended the sides evenly. It wasn't choppy at all like the other place in town. The whole experience was relaxing yet fun as she cut my sons hair. I definitely recommend Catalena if you have toddlers/children. We were seen fast and the hair cut took about 10 minutes. Not long at all! Thank you Catalena for an EXCELLENT experience! We will definitely be back soon for another hair cut!
Cheaters. If you are a busy mom watch out. They do not understand "little boy haircut traditional" One shaved top of head and hid it using comb over. If she had said something I wouldn't be pissed. No way in h e double hockey stick are we coming back. Telling everyone I know not to go there. Terrible just terrible.
I love the theme and they where nice but a little bit pricey for a little boys hair cut
AKA Slow Dips. I waited for 20 minutes and watched customers who came in after me get served until an employee finally talked to me and was rude. I decided not to pay $20 for a haircut that takes who knows how long to get. My time is worth more than that.
