Would be nice to have more help in the plumbing section and more to choose from. But over all, thumbs up
This particular location is, by far, my favorite. I have always been able to get assistance if I needed it. Also, since this is a larger store, they have a better selection to choose from. Last, but not least, their hours of operation are excellent.
This Lowe’s is the same as all the others I’ve been to. Average customer service, no one to answer questions and poor quality garden department.
They may be nice in the store but don't order anything and have it delivered. I've been waiting over a month and still haven't gotten my stuff. And you can't ever get anyone on the phone! I'm so pissed and will take my business to home Depot from now on!!!
Always friendly service and great prices. Had a torn up water hose that customer service told me to just go grab another off the shelf. no hassle at all. Much better than Home Depot. Great selection of healthy plants and flowers.
