One cashier can only take cash. No drinks in one machine, no ice in other. Women's restroom hasn't been cleaned since they opened. Trash all over bathroom floor. No toilet tissue. Speaker noise in theater.
Two stars only because the staff really does try. Not using the ticket booths slows the whole process down esp for people who just make the movie times. You stand in line for 20 minutes with only a handful in front of you. Even when backed up they still try to push the rewards card on everyone. The game room, bathrooms and most interior theatres are way outdated. Where is the profit going? It sure isnt going into remodeling this place. The one and only reason we still go is because we don't want to drive to Montgomery at times.
Theater smelled like pee, popcorn was stale like it was leftover from the night prior. Movie theater seats were torn and broken. The cost for what we received was not worth the $31 (2 tickets, small popcorn and medium drink). The ticket box was not used but there was no direction given to purchase the tickets at the concession stand so we stood in line until I went and asked at the concession stand. Would not recommend this theater and wouldn’t come back under its current conditions.
The service here is incredibly bad. Showed up at 12:20 to watch Jumanji. Movie screen went black and wasn’t playing anything. After 15 minutes of waiting I let the staff know. They said they would fix it. After another 20 minutes it was not fixed. When I went to get a refund I Found out that only a manager can give refunds. The problem with that was that the manager was no where to be found. I waited in line until 2:45pm. Outside of the outrageous wait time, while I was in line another customer complained about a different theater showing the wrong movie. Besides that, another customer tried to go to the 3D showing of Jumanji and that movie also didn’t work. This combination of incredibly bad service, functionality, and inexplicable protocol of only managers can give refunds made my trip to go see a comical movie into a bad day full of standing in line. If I could give 0 stars I would. Why have a movie theater if it doesn’t play movies?
