It's a scenic park in the center of historic Prattville. There's a big pond in the middle, surrounded by a walking path that also forks off to a nice walk along a creek. The play area is huge, there is a splash pad and pool. And it's next to Stanley Jensen Stadium and the local library.
Nice big park for babies up to grownups. There's play areas sectioned off by age groups, picnic areas, ducks, a pond, a stream, lots of shade, a walking trail, parking, wheelchair accessible, a football stadium, splash pad with shaded seating and a huge swimming pool and party area and bathrooms. No rowdy kids no trash. Police ride through often
Child area is great for kids but there is a lot of old wood that needs to be replaced
It's filled with lots of fun stuff! There's a castle shaped park with only one entrance/exit so the kids can't escape, a splash pad and a creak to swim or canoe down but if you don't like the idea of swimming in natural water there's a giant pool you can get in instead
I love to take my kid as he rides his bike I walk around the pond for exercise. The last time we took his new drone to fly around and everyone got a kick out of that. I grew up at that park in the 90's and it's nice to take my kid to enjoy too.
