In the beginning we had a little issue communicating, but after discussing the issue with Dustin he promptly took care of the problem without making excuses. I'm confident that Dustin, along with his team, are committed to helping find a home and manage it the best way possible. Also, I've been very impressed how CP has at times gone beyond what I asked to have done. I haven't seen this before in any of my other property managers. I highly recommend Camelot Properties.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I pay wayyy to much money a month to not be able to use my garage, have a dish washer that wont drain & a fridge that leaks! Ashton is the worst! She does not follow up when I call, she has not gotten someone out to fix my fridge nor my dish washer! Its been 3 months & I still cant park in my garage because I do not have the opener! I can not wait for my lease to be up! No wonder these tenets don't pay the rent! They really need better management!
They are great! Recently had to renovate a home I was managing on my own for two years and the renters left trashed. Dustin was my realtor in the initial purchase of my home several years ago before Camelot. I reconnected with him based on a recommendation from a friend whose property he was managing. I have been extremely satisfied since turning it over to them. Ashton has been in constant communication and has returned every phone call. They have been able to recommend repair people in every aspect needed and I was also blessed to get a tenant offer before I was ready to show the property. Thumbs up all the way!!! Great job!
