I called to see if they had a Pandora charm I was looking for and after being told to hold on, I heard them discussing their coffee order and then heard one of the employees say "I'll get that when I come back" and then I was hung up on. I use to love getting my Pandora charms from here but you can bet I will never shop here again. Awful customer service!!
