Really great experience, from purchasing (bought a 2016 Ram Sport, back in December), to getting an issue repaired with the rear passenger side window to today (getting my first scheduled oil change and tire rotation). Had an awesome sales rep, Rob, that bent over backwards to help me find the specific truck I wanted. Will update after a few oil changes to see how the service department fairs.
