Dr. Wilcox is awesome, she has a great bedside manor, and a great listener. She has always been there for me and won't leave until you are satisfied. Great personality, anyone that sees her will never want to see another doctor!! I have been with her for years and not once have I thought about leaving her. She is absolutely wonderful.
Bad place. My wife made a new patient appointment, waited two months to get in, a few days before her appointment, they called to reschedule, told her she would have to wait 4 months. She's looking for another doctor. This is a screwed up place
So, I've never been a doctor's office type of person before. You're never seen until an hour after your appointment, they never tell you anything, always have to make you come back and collect another co-pay, etc. This place is the direct opposite!! I was seen immediately (didn't even have time to finish filling everything out), Dr. Wilcox came in and actually talked with me (listened to everything I said, discussed treatments and options, etc), and I was immediately called and told of a made appointment on my behalf for an issue that I had. I truly can't say a single negative thing about this visit. I look forward to using Dr. Wilcox for many years to come!! (And if you knew me, you'd know that says a lot.)
A friend of mine told me about this doctor. After wasting plenty of money on numerous copay fees for doctors that don't even take the time to listen to your issue, I was reluctant to come. I finally scheduled my appointment and went to see Dr. Wilcox. I have to say I was VERY impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I mean no staff acting rudely towards you or screaming out your information across the room. My wait was short and the nurses were very pleasant. When I first met Dr. Wilcox, I first noticed that she was actually came in and sat with my chart to talk to me. That was a shock. I knew I had a caring doctor when she sat and LISTENED to my medical problems and addressed them. I was so discouraged about my health issues but I left her office feeling encouraged and knowing that I was in the good hands of someone who cared about helping me. I have been thriving under her care and I'm so glad to have found a doctor like her. Amazing doctor. You won't be disappointed.
Awesome bedside manner...very thorough and good listener. So glad she was recommended to me. I have finally found a general practitioner and now do not mind going to the dr.
