It is about a 15 minute drive to Maxwell AFB with quick access along Hwy 31.
Stayed here during SOS summer of 2015 at Maxwell AFB. Family loved it. Another guy in my flight was also in the complex. He had no complaints either. It was named differently when I was there so I'm not sure if the management/ownership changed so your experience could vary from mine.
Disgusting. Ants everywhere. 80 degrees in gym. Gross old people making out in the pool. Then you go to the office, and it's an office worker with their boyfriend sitting on their lap hugging and kissing. Terrible. Excited to get out of here and into our house. Have made it very clear that while it appears convenient, this is not an acceptable place to stay. We have brought all of these problems to the "management" and they have not been fixed.
This was a nice, quiet, and safe place to live. Sethany and the staff at ARIUM have been great and have been the easiest apartment managers to work with in my 15 years of renting various places! The apartment was brand new with no maintenance issues and felt like a town home. The two bedroom, two bath on the 2nd floor was very spacious with large walk-in closets. The apartment pool is a nice salt water pool; great for swimming without chlorine.
Arium was nothing but awesome. The staff changed about three times while i was living here for 2 years. They were all great, kind, and always on it! The apartments are very spacious. The price was a little high but the gym, gameroom and salt water pool were definitely a plus. The staff was always there when u needed them. I greatly enjoyed my 2 years while living here. I would highly recommend u stop by and see these great apartments for yourself!
