Came here because my wife found a stray kitten less than four weeks old. A very nice young women helped me find things to help the kitten grow and he is doing amazing now. She saw I was panicked and she was quick and very helpful and informative.
What can I say, it's your typically PetSmart. I can always find the food my cats and dog like here; they always have the filters for my 360 Pet Fountain and the treats the furbaby's like. I used to have my dog groomed here but because she is so needy and whiny (their words, not mine) I bought a dog grooming kit complete with a video on how to groom poodles and now I groom my own dog. They are typically helpful and friendly here, though.
The Prattville AL store is always clean and kept stocked up on their merchandise. The employees are always helpful.
Love this store! Brenna (dog trainer) is fantastic, and my dogs love it when we bring them into the store. Coupons are usually awesome and they will price match chuey!
