Prices were high and many of the items were down right disgusting. I understand it isn't possible to clean every item that comes through the doors, but several bird cages that hadn't even been washed out were for sell. There's no way that isn't a health hazard. Clothes with stains, toys that had never been wiped off in their existence, dust covered knick knacks. It's obvious that this store only cares about money and will try to sell ANYTHING, no matter how dirty it is.
My husband and I were on a budget with a newborn. Thought it'd be a good idea to look at thrift stores for cribs and a washer and dryer. We found all of those items at this store, unfortunately, they only seem to care about money. The crib they sold me, not only was missing a screw to hold the leg up (which we replaced) but soon after the entire bottom of the crib fell through with my baby in it. Thank God he wasn't hurt! Do they not check to make sure those items are safe? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, the washer and dryer... they assured me both worked, lies! The washing machine worked but they sold me a broken dryer and when the receipt says no refunds in bold letters what are you to do? For a Christian thrift store they don't seem to actually care about people, just profit. They basically robbed a newlywed couple with a newborn of over $400 of worthless crap! That doesn't include the truck I had to rent to pick up said crap. I wouldn't even have cared about a refund if they would have made it right. I remember when you used to get decent stuff from thrift stores, now it's all broken crap.
Was supposed to come and pick up furniture and rescheduled and that was fine but what they told me and actually scheduled was different. Then on the day they had scheduled they didn't even show up. Tried calling several times and they wouldn't even answer the phone
Higher prices than most thrift stores on top of the fact all sales are final. Be careful when you buy something cause if it don't fit your stuck with it no swapping it out or anything.
I found a Christmas tree that was what I had been looking for the last two years. The two ladies working there was so helpful and sweet.
