Expected a better experience than we received. Highly disappointed.
Food was ok.. server seemed to be stretched and the only one on the floor. Service was great and she was very nice thiugh. Have competitive prices and a good beer selection. Appetizer was really good especially love the home made ranch dressing. As always the bread was fresh and the Blooming onion fantastic. On a night where their is more than one server would be great place to eat and enjoy a few drinks
Steaks were great and we went when it was unlimited shrimp, either fried or grilled with garlic butter and that was delicious. Very busy place. Get there early if you want a good spot.
The good is excellent. The service is top notch. We had a slight problem but it was taken care of before we had to even say anything. Thanks to our fantastic server Meredith and the awesome manager Kimmy.
Called to make a reservation for 15 people two days in advance. Was pleased to call 30 minutes before the reservation that it was confirmed. Upon arriving, however, the tables weren't ready so we still had to wait. The service was extremely slow. Waitress took our drink orders and appetizers, but wouldn't take our entree orders until the appetizers were brought out, which was about 20 minutes later. Our waitress had no help from the other staff when she brought anything to our table. She was hardly seen the entire time. Our food came out in waves approximately an hour and 20 minutes after we arrived. The restaurant was not busy, so why the delay? No explanation on why the food was taking an eternity to arrive at our tables, especially when it wasn't brought out at the same time. Not to mention the restaurant floor was slippery and both men's and women's bathrooms were disgusting.
Seated fast. Got the waitress I wanted with no questions asked. Drink refills on point. Food was delicious. Steak was cooked just right. Kids menu is good. Splitting kid meals was not frowned upon. Very courteous staff.
