My appointment didn’t matter. It still took over two hours to change one tire, that was readily available in stock. The tech made it very clear, while staring at his cell phone, that my appointment was an inconvenience to his work day. At that point, I should have left the store. Not doing so is my fault. The initial over-the-phone service was great, but the in-store service was lacking.
Nice friendly shop does good work
We came off the highway with 500 miles to go and a loose heat shield making a lot of noise. The store manager and the other guys here were great. They got our car on the rack right away and quickly fixed the problem. Fast, friendly, honest, and didn't charge us much. It's nice to know there are people like this in the auto repair business!
They had my Starter on hand. Referred a Tow Company, they use. Did the repair work, in a reasonable time. I'd have no problem using them again.
Excellent work, fair price. The work was done when they said it would be.
