On my initial visit this week to Prattville's Aspen Dental (for an annual exam and accompanying x-rays) I was, first of all, favorably impressed with the brightness and cleanliness of this facility, as well as with the modern equipment and technology in use there. Even more important, everyone who worked with me, from the patient service representatives to the hygienist to the dental assistant to the office manager to the dentist himself was friendly, courteous, communicative, patient and above-all 100% professional. I feel I've found the right place!
A Great Choice for Dental Health Care ...
Was easy to get appt. And they called to see if I wanted a earlier appointment since someone had cancelled. When I got there it was nice and clean. And the staff was great and the dentist told me what I needed done. Teeth are in bad shape but wasn't disrespected for that anyways came up with a treatment plan it was out of my budget but they was trying to help save my teeth. Anyways we talked and done some adding and subtracting till I finally got the price I could afford and the treatment i needed. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone March 10 2017
I love the personal service I get, I love the attention to my concerns and my problems are solved . I love each and every staff member . I LOVE IT!!!!!
If I could give less than one star I would. In the four years I have worked in the medical field (hospital) I have honestly never seen such disgusting patient care. I get certain situations and some clients are dumb and blowing off steam is a thing. But please use your brain and don't do it within earshot of the patient. As far as I can tell the prattville location is run by women with rocks for brains and a lack of respect for the patients so deep only the deep sea challenger could figure it out. However, like all things in life, nothing is without its counterpart. The Montgomery location is filled with the most amazing people I've ever met in the dental industry. Normally I'd swear off the company as a whole. But the staff are too good to pass up.
