I received very good customer service.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. We've been in three times and been told something different every time. Jonathan signed us up and told us he would be paying off our Verizon bill. He took our account number and password. He then told us we had so much money that was just for accessories for our phones. After a few weeks we found out that our termination bill with Verizon hadn't been paid and that the money that was for accessories was actually for our bill. The managers, Daryl and Wendy, came and spoke with us and told us that they were getting everything handle. Wendy told my husband she would be calling him and letting him know that they had gotten everything handle and if unable to get him she would call me. We never heard from her. After talking to her today she told us we just made all of this up and that she never said this. This customer service is horrible and inexcusable.
Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour. Service reps walking around talking and fooling around instead of helping customers. Worst experience at an AT&T store since we got service with them over 17 years ago. Maybe time to switch.
They are very helpful and stay with you till all your questions are answered. That's what I call great Service.
Its good its just always busy most of time a long wait but that's only if its busy but I can say the staff here is awesome they greet ,open the door to let you in and out
