They told me their email system was down Monday when I went to get some pics printed. Called back Tuesday and couldn't speak with anyone, called Wednesday stayed on hold 25 minutes and still couldn't get to someone to answer if the system was back up and running. Finally Thursday I just go and they had my email, lady was helpful but not truly knowledgeable, been before and was able to get my pics maneuvered to a size I needed. This chick told me the pics I chose could only be 4x6. I was agitated but at this point went forth. Got my pics printed two to a sheet, she asks do I want her to cut them for me. Little did I know she charged $3.50 for the cutting I paid $12 for pictures. Not visiting again!
