Kendall was our server and did a fantastic job. We had a party of 14 spread throughout on 3 separate tables. The place was packed. We were her first large group and she shined with perfection. Got every order correct, never let a drink go empty and an absolute pleasure to meet. Joel if you have a duplicator, duplicate Kendall. As always the food was awesome and the restaurant exceptional.
Use to love this place. Great food and hospitality. Not any more. Food was still good and waitress was great. However, if you are a greeter at the door you should present yourself in a manner that is inviting to your customers. If you don't like your job, save us all the hassle and leave. I'm sure there is someone else who would love to have a job. Won't be back for a while.
Best waitress ever! The chowder and strawberry pecan salad are my favorites! I order those dishes almost every time I am at Longhorns.
We absolutely love this LongHorn location!! We come here very often and never had anywhere near a bad time or poor service! The staff is so friendly. I want to make extra mention of the manager Oliver. He went out (way out) of his way to return a birthday card (and check) to us that my daughter left behind. He could have dropped it in the mail, (or garbage) but instead, delivered it to my door! Outstanding job LongHorn for having a class act manager and staff!!! See you soon!
Generally, the food and service here are pretty good. A bit on the pricey side if you ask me. Dinner for two (if you don’t skimp out and order the cheapest thing on the menu), will cost you b/t $40-$60 plus tip. We’ve had excellent meals there; and we’ve had terrible meals there. Good seems to outweigh the bad. Biggest complaint, it’s very noisy. You’re not going to have a quiet romantic dinner.
