The food is ok, it's far from real Chinese food with the portions, price, and taste. However, I still like to go because of the nice outside seating, drive thru, and the staff is nice as well. Its always fast service at the window too even when it's a lot of cars but I remember on one of my visits during the summer, it was so busy to where they had to wait on a few things to cook so it was a wait at the window. Out of courtesy, they started giving out free drinks to every car once they got to the window while they waited on their food. Even if you ordered a drink already they still threw in a free extra one because it was so hot outside. That was very very thoughtful.
Got two orders in DT....had to wait and still ended up with raw chicken on my plate. NOT GOOD! I am so glad we caught it and cooked it so we didn't get sick!
They didn't appear to be understaffed.
I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes at 1:00 pm today waiting for the ONE car in front of me to have their order taken.
For the past few months, the wait time has gotten longer and longer.
There was plenty of food already prepared so I don't know what was taking the employees so long to serve it.
The food is great, but the service has really gone downhill lately.

Second time to this location. The first time it was horrible. The rice was burnt and the employees were ass holes to me and my fiance. This time it was great and everything was freah.
Finally gave up and went inside.
I absolutely love their food , although their service is getting worse and worse. Its kinda ridiculous to be in the drive through for 20 min just waiting for your food , and its just the same when you come inside. Its sad :(
There were nine people eating in the dining area so it wasn't incredibly busy.
I was sixth in line. We all waited so long, four people in front of me gave up and left. Fifteen minutes later, still waiting to have my order taken, I left as well.
