My wife had ice tea. It was not drinkable. Way, way, way, way too strong. I tasted it. Kinda like battery acid but stronger. When her plate arrived it had two black fingerprints on the plate. Food was good but it is over priced. I only went there because I had a gift card. Not my idea of a good restaurant. ☹️

Great customer service, friendly waiter. Immediately offered a complimentary sample of some fantastic wine. Wait time was as expected and enjoyed the atmosphere.
This was by far the best meal and service I've had at an Olive Garden since moving to Alabama. Although I live in Montgomery I would NOT recommend that location at all. It is definitely worth the 20 min drive to Prattville. The food was excellent the service was top notch....Montgomery could take a few notes from Prattville...starting with a thorough cleaning as there is a very unpleasant odor that never leaves the building. And the food tastes no better than a frozen dinner at Winn Dixie.
Not a good visit. Slow service, too much vinegar on the salad, too much garlic on the bread sticks. This location usually does better. Disappointed.
