I loved the bed and pillows. I slept very well. The hotel was clean, and quiet. The location is perfect. Surrounded by tons of Resturaunt and shopping centers. Highly recommended
This property is located in a quiet spot but still convenient to shopping and dining. We stay here often and generally have no complaints; however, when we checked into our room tonight, we found food left in the fridge by the previous occupants. Other than this isolated incident, we have always enjoyed our stay and have had no problems. It's a good hotel and I recommend it.
Don't recommend this hotel. The parking lot is not secure and there are no outdoor cameras. 8 vehicles had windows knocked out last night, including mine. When myself and another guest asked the front desk what they're doing about this, they had nothing for us. No apology, no we'll be doing nightly checks, just nothing. Not sure if this is normal Alabama hospitality or isolated to this hotel. Additionally, I found it out of the ordinary that the employees that work overnight are smokers and frequent ones. However, they didn't notice 8 vehicles getting ransacked? Seems suspicious and convenient. Let's not forget that a manager hasn't contacted any of the victims. Now I fear whether or not it will happen again during my stay.
I was very pleased with everything at this hotel. It started with a late check in, the young lady at the front desk was very polite, friendly and made me feel welcome. She explained to me the easiest way to my room and told me to enjoy my stay. The room was phenomenal, beds were super soft. I was very pleased with this hotel and will make sure to book a room here again next time I need a room in Prattville.
Are use this property recently to stay overnight and conduct a business meeting. The property is very well kept. It is easy to find off of the road. In the parking lot is well lit and secure. The staff here is very friendly, from the back of staff people to issue contract for meetings, to the front desk, to the people to do the catering. The property is very well-kept I would definitely use this property again
