Great hotel very pet friendly. Clean room, we had great customer service 90 % of the time. Spent 4 days there due to hurricane. Great restaurants located around hotel. Very nice areas outside to enjoy. Lots of space for your dogs. Fields all around back side as well as a dog run area with clean up station. So please clean up after your dog....
This hotel has a great location to everything you will need while away from home. They have very clean rooms and grounds. The breakfast area is nice as well. The employees were all friendly even the night staff. The prices here were much better than some others nearby. It's no Hilton, but great for the price.
Beautiful new hotel great location and easy access. Also pets stay free was a great addition. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
In conclusion I say that this is a decent hotel but you might have a stinky room and good luck if you need to fax something.
The only thing was when we were checking out, the woman working the counter was messing with something in the back and said she'd be with us in a minute, only to be about 15.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and I'm currently writing this while in a room at this hotel. The staff has been friendly for the most part. It's a unique and beautiful hotel and it's clean. The reason I give 3 stars is because 1) my room stinks. Like I've been in the room for two days now and have sprayed it down with Febreeze and it still stinks. I asked for a different room but was told this was my only option. 2) Since I stay out of town so much due to business there are times when I have important documents I need to fax. I just went downstairs and asked if they could fax something for me. The lady told me that their machine is down. No big deal except I've never had this problem with any other hotel and the same thing happened when I was here a month ago. So apparently their fax machine has been down for over a month.
You know it's nice when the stairwell is painted, has decor lighting, and tile floor. I'm just saying....
