Room was nice, location was quite and convenient to work and the interstate. Bathtub handicap bar had mildew build up around the ring, we were here a little over a week and the had to Chase down the maid for supplies, the small continental breakfast could have been fresher, and these being the reason for us staying across the street the next few weeks.
Wasn't Impressed....made the reservation for my dad, called ahead to ask for a ground floor and the guy was not very professional and said he wasn't doing anything that would inconvenience his construction worker guests that stay regularly because they pay the bills. He was then rude to my dad at check in. On top of everything, the night my father stayed all of the construction vehicles were burglarized....I will definitely not use this place or recommend it to anyone else.
Was checked into a dirty room (bed with stains ) went to the front desk with the complaint and was told that he couldn't move us to another room (the hotel was less than 10% occupancy ) also no chance for a refund. He never checked the room after the complaint. Not the place to stay if you care about hygiene.Turned in the key and made sure to share my experience. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
Checked in late on our way to Florida, they had one room available for us which was 2 bed smoking room. Room was so clean we would’ve never known it was a smoking room! Very clean and comfortable beds! Staff was wonderful. Very impressed! Thanks!
To start off with is the break fast sucked if you are looking for a great place to stay and eat NOT HERE ... Second something must have either been wrong with the TV's or they need to update there network because nothing seemed right on the tv... Then the bathroom was not clean... Third of all I came in on my last night of work and wanted to take a shower well the cleaning lady took my shower curtain down . Yep no shower curtain ... And left me one wet towel in the bathroom she did good it up but still wet I guess she thought it would dry before I got back... Overall not a great stay and not worth the money ........ Will not be back
