This was just an all around nice experience. The place, the rooms are like new and CLEAN. The room has coffee, microwave and mini frig. The man running the place is friendly and helpful. At 10 pm he helped me get on their wifi. Plenty of parking, and a clean well stocked breakfast for guest. If every days Inn was like this one, I'd never stay anywhere else.
Great service for a pretty decent price. Lots of convenient nearby shopping, pool kept in good condition, and no trouble with the staff. Highly recommend!
Friendliest staff. Nice breakfast. Good coffee. Nice pool area. Lobby upholstery a bit poorly. Room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Typical hotel pillows. I recommend.
Easy to get to from the interstate, and close to several food options. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern room. The bed was too firm for me, but that's personal preference. The free continental breakfast was quite good.
WOW!!! My family and I decided to try a night at this location what a mistake. The night check inn clerk appeared to be having a bad night however we were tired so his comments were overlooked. Seems like the person at the back door by the pool was more important than the customers. So my family and I have used this location in the past with no problems so we proceeded to rooms 321 and 323. On this visit we went to our rooms to find stained bed linens that looked as though they may have been there the night before. Some stains appeared to be ketchup. Others we could not identify. The clerk refused another room, refused a refund, and refused to even to check the room to see what the issue was. He strongly stated, "I ain't giving you a refund. I ain't checking no room." He did neither. If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. Find some place else to stay and we did. Yes please look at the response below trying to justify this type of behaviors that was uncalled for. I even suggested for the night desk representative to check his cameras he refused. We never went to the rooms. They were not ready at 1:19 when we checked in. We went to the room once late that night when we found that they were not clean. The P.M. clerk was rude and disrespectful. He should be fired and could not get a job at a legitimate business. He was totally unprofessional regarding this simple fix however he refused and told me in a unprofessional response I have your money what can you do about it. I have expressed my concerns to the Corporate Offices. Having stayed at Days Inn for 31 nights last year, I am sure they are going to listen. I have stayed at this location over 10 times this year. What a way to treat loyal customers.
