I always choose Hampton Inn because I love everything they have to offer. This particular location did not let me down either!! It was clean. Everything smelled wonderful. Everyone was super nice. And the price was great!! Will stay again if need
My Cadillac was broken into early Thanksgiving morning while parked at this hotel. Rear driver window busted out and my husbands $700 gun was stolen along with my daughter’s Nintendo 3DS. We found out that my break-in was the 2nd incident at this hotel after filing the police report. They have signs that indicate user assumes all risk but who wants to pay a deductible (in my case $500) for an overnight stay in an area deemed safe. The hotel itself is nice but I would never ever stay here again since they have issues with theft. For all I know it could have been an inside job with their employees. The front desk attendant didn’t seem too concerned when I told her to call the police due to a break-in either. If you decide to stay, do not park towards the end by the dumpsters. This includes the front row to the back. Going forward I will be parking my car in the elite status spaces or directly in front of the drop off area at all hotels. Avoid this hotel if possible and make sure to call around to other hotels to check for theft in their parking lot first. This one sure isn’t safe.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean as well as the Dining Area the morning Breakfast was nice and hot my only negative was that although very professional the female night shift clerk was not very friendly we had driving in torrential rain so a friendly greeting would have been nice
My husband and small son made last mintue arrangements to come up to Alabama on Dec 8, to see the snow that was coming! We called to see if there were any rooms available, and there were two left. We were able to put in our reservation and we arrived just as the snow was starting to fall. The front desk receptionist was busy at work but halted and was very attentive and friendly. Our room was very clean and our bed, "king size", was super comfy. It was nice and quiet. We woke up to fresh fruit, donuts, waffles, eggs, sausage, and so much more. Very very yummy and fresh!! We too discovered our car was broken into. Our window smashed in. We had no valuables in car but a jacket was stolen. It was cold!! When we discovered it, the receptionist, Asia was extremely understanding and assisted us with help of looking any information up for us to help in finding a speedy repair, also giving us towels to clean out the snow that had fallen in our car. The maintenence gentleman also found us, to offer a shop vac. Which helped us GREATLY! He stayed nearby to offer any more help. The staff couldn't have been more helpful during this upsetting time. We were able to get our car fixed on site and return to our plans for the day. So please thank your wonderful staff for their assistance and professionalism during our stay. We will return, as it was a comfortable stay, but needless to say, we will try to park our car in a better location next time. Also it couldn't hurt to have signs out on property that security cameras are on site so thieves will heed warning and could possibly aid in saving someone's vehicle. Thank you!!
