Highly recommend this restaurant, especially if Walter is working the floor for dinner.
Seated immediately. Waited over 20+ minutes & never had a waiter or waitress check on us for anything. Several other customers came & went. We left without ordering. Would not recommend this location for lack of service.
These people are always glad to have you. Service is top notch and the manager makes it a point to speak to everyone and let you know that he appreciates your business. The food is always good and hot and the beer is always cold. Great place to watch the game or just hang with friends.
This review pertains to the Manager of the Prattville Applebee’s, Walter. We came into the restaurant tonight and it was extremely busy. We were sat, and were immediately greeted by Walter. He took our drink orders and our food. We had our food within 5 minutes, including our salads in an appropriately-timed manner before our meal. As we are we watched this man bus tables, greet customers, seat them, take their orders, and bring the food out. He refilled drinks, brought checks, and to-go boxes and drinks. He was spectacular. At the end of our meal we found him before we paid and asked him if we should leave him the tip. He refused the tip and graciously gave it to the overworked waiter who was assigned to our section.
Love, Love My Applebee's! so far I have never been served a bad meal here and they are always quick and the food is always good. What more can you ask for? the Tv's are plentiful and as with any other sports bar, they are always showing sports! :)
Over the years i have visited a lot of apple bees and have actually sworn off eating at their resturants because of the staff that works there. But at this location I have always had great service. There is a very attractive bartender named Shelby that works here. She was very witty and nice. I will definitely be going back. I just hope I go back on a night when she's working. LOL I regret not asking her for her number actually. She seems like she would be a very fun friend and or date. Anyways keep up the good work I will bees and keep up the good attitude Shelby.
