Always rude and grumpy. Ice cream is always melted. Our food sat behind the counter for almost 10 minutes. I went to the counter and NO ONE came over to see what I needed. They even looked at me and turned around. Eventually I just walked behind the counter and got my food. I will never go back.
This location offers the same great options as any other DQ I've been to. I visited for lunch on a week day with my husband, one year old and mother-in-law. There was no line and only one other table was full. The service was fast and the food came out hot and as ordered. I enjoyed my burger and everyone else seemed to, too. There were even high chairs - yay! I have to say that I have always particularly enjoyed DQ fries - so tasty!
Horribly understaffed on Sunday after Thanksgiving. One man seemed to be working cooking. Since the few people there were trying in vain to operate the restaurant, we had to wait some minutes before anyone showed up at the counter to take our order. In spite of being made to order, it took so long to cook all 4 orders that the first ones done were cold by the time the last ones were done. We left without picking up the icecream we paid for as there were at least 7 people standing waiting for food and we wanted to get back on the interstate.
Everything is always hot and fresh, great food and the staff is always nice and friendly. Awesome manager!
Really pleased with our visit. Had to wait for them to cook our food but it came out hot and fresh. Even gave us 2 "pup cups" for our dogs in the car. Will definitely be back.
Grossly understaffed for a Sunday @ 1pm. Cold food. Long wait. Needs better management.
