No matter how busy this place is, and they're always busy, they are courteous, kind, professional, and the service is super quick. Great place to eat.
Only downfall to a Chick-fil-A which everybody knows is just the waiting to get to it but they manage their drive-thru very well and it's always clean everybody's always friendly in the food's always good.

Prattville's restaurant is the Best! Superior customer service and accuracy with orders. I have only one suggestion, offer peeled apples for fruit cup in kid's menu for the younger kids who have few teeth. Thanks!
