Food is excellent can't say the same for the girl in the drive-thru mumbles over the speaker and acts like you are bothering her by being there then ask you at the window was you confused on what you wanted then basically throws food out ..with no drink and then says oh I thought I have you a drink all the while looking at the one from chick file a I have had since this morning ..I forgot she was doing me a favour by me giver her place of employment some business
The store was very clean and the shift manager latoya was awesome.. Best Jack's to visit
So, after trying Dairy Queen and getting served Playdough and then McDonald’s and them telling me that they are out of food. I went to Jack’s. I unknowingly vented about my past fast food experiences in 20 minutes and they gave me the sandwich for free which was impeccable! If you’re in Prattville this is probably your best bet.
Nice and clean. It was my first time going to Jack's. The manager took my order (Big bacon & fry special, it's a hamburger) she was friendly and helpful.
Food is decent. It would be downright cozy with the fireplace if the TV above it wasn't on FOX NEWS.
